Coaches Meeting:

The coaches meeting will take place in the Elgin Parlour Room at the Delta London Armouries at 12:00PM on Thursday March 4th.
Hospitality:

@ Hotel: Elgin Parlour Room 220 (coaches and VIPs)
@ College: Main Gym Mezzanine (coaches, VIPs, and players)
Banquet & Awards Presentation:

The awards banquet will be held on Thursday March 4th at 9:30AM in the Armouries Ballroom at the London Delta Armouries. A casual, business dress code will be in effect. The cost of the banquet brunch will be $15.40 per person taxes and gratuities included.
Facilities:

Bleachers and chairs hold approximately 1000 spectators.
Medical:

A certified therapist will be on site for the duration of the tournament. Teams must provide their own supplies.
Team Rooms:

There are 8 team rooms which will be assigned by the front desk upon your arrival prior to your game. Please be prepared to leave a piece of ID in exchange for the key.
Laundry:

Uniforms can be laundered at the facility front desk. We are unable to hang your uniforms to dry. All uniforms must be turned in together in one bag. Please, no personal items.
Media & Marketing:

Rogers TV has been contacted and, pending their schedule, they may do the Gold Medal Game. A website or a web link for the Championships will be constructed. Sportslive will have the games live on the internet.
Accreditation:

Event accreditation will be provided and must be worn by all participants when entering the competition site.
